Ordering
In our online store, products are marked “in stock”. If the product is in stock, it will reach the customer within 1–3 working days at the latest. Products that are currently out of stock can be back-ordered.
1. Goods can be received in three ways: “Courier”, “Parcel locker” or “Pick up in store”
2. Courier delivery is available in Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. Parcel lockers are available throughout the Baltics and Finland.
3. All purchased items can be picked up at Visase 5, Tallinn, 11415.
4. We will notify you when the goods are in stock and ready for collection. (Orders are handed over based on the delivery note sent to your e-mail.)
5. Warehouse is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:45.
Purchases can be made both by registering and without registration.
Shopping without registration is very simple and fast.
1. Select the desired products and add them to the cart.
2. Adding a product to the cart does not yet oblige you to buy, but please note that until the order is confirmed, the product is also available to other customers.
3. Following the instructions on the screen, please fill in all fields marked with an asterisk and choose the payment and delivery methods that suit you.
4. After submitting the order, an order confirmation will arrive at the e-mail address you entered within a few moments.

By registering you can take part in discount campaigns organised by AS Orient Office, view your order history and save shopping carts. To register, click the “Register” link in the website header and fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk. Upon successful registration, a notification will be sent to your e-mail. Further steps are the same as when ordering without registration, but the advantage is that next time you do not have to re-enter your address and other data.
This document defines the legal relationship between the visitor of the online store www.kontorikaubad.ee (the Buyer) and the store operator AS Orient Office (the Seller) when purchasing goods from the online store. By placing an order and making payment, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of the order.

Delivery times
Delivery is one of the most important parts of your order and we want you to be happy throughout the entire shopping experience!
Here we share the most important information – the delivery times for our products!
The delivery time of your order depends on whether the ordered product is in stock or needs to be ordered from the manufacturer.
When delivering to a parcel locker, the customer must collect the parcel within 7 days of arrival.
The delivery time is conveniently indicated on every product card – here’s what each marking means:
“In stock” – the order will reach you within 1–3 working days.
“Out of stock” – the product is temporarily out of stock; the expected delivery time is displayed.
“Available to order” – we need to order the product from the manufacturer, which takes a little longer.

We promise that as soon as the ordered product arrives at our warehouse, we will send it to the customer!
Delivery time is calculated from the next working day after placing the order.
Example: an order placed on 19.09.2023 with a delivery time of 5 working days – counting starts from 20.09.2023.
You can be sure that we will not keep the product longer than necessary – your new favourite item will soon be with you!

Order confirmation
After successfully placing an order, we always automatically send an order confirmation to your e-mail so you can be sure it has reached us!

Via online banks
Fast and convenient payment via Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop, Citadele, Luminor and Revolut online banks.

Hire purchase
We offer the possibility to purchase goods on InBank hire purchase.
You can apply for hire purchase when placing your order by selecting hire purchase as the payment method. You will receive a response within moments!

Payment by bank transfer; goods will be delivered to the address you selected.
ATTENTION! Any hire purchase is a financial obligation. Before concluding a hire purchase agreement, please read the terms of the service and consult a specialist if necessary.
Delivery
Depending on the chosen delivery method, a delivery fee will be added to the order total. Goods in stock will be delivered within 30 days of ordering and payment. The final delivery time depends on the chosen transport method and destination country.
Courier delivery
Flexible delivery service throughout Estonia. You will be called in advance to agree on a suitable day and time window.
Courier delivers only on weekdays 8:00–17:00
For orders over 59 €, delivery within Estonia is free (except for technical products/furniture).
SmartPOST parcel locker
Very convenient – the parcel arrives at the SmartPOST locker you selected. You will be notified by SMS. If you wish to pay part of the amount upon receipt, a cash-on-delivery fee of 1.95 € will be added.

Courier outside Estonia
We deliver by courier throughout Europe.
Right of withdrawal for private individuals
1. Definitions
1.1. The Trader is AS Orient Office (registry code 10522366).
1.2. The Consumer is a private individual who uses the Trader’s services or purchases goods outside their economic or professional activity.
1.3. Distance contract – a contract concluded between the Trader and the Consumer in the Trader’s online environment where the parties are not physically present at the same time.
2. Right of withdrawal
2.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2.2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer or a third person designated by the Consumer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
2.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Trader in writing (e-mail is sufficient).

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (including sealed hygiene products, software, custom-made goods, etc.)
4. Consequences of withdrawal – the Trader refunds all payments (including delivery costs, except extra costs for express delivery) within 14 days, using the same payment method. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The Trader may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
Returns and complaints for legal entities
The returned product must be in its original packaging and unused. Before sending the product back, please notify us at info@okt.ee. The buyer covers the return costs (10 €). The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
Seller’s liability for non-conformity (private individuals)
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years. The Consumer must notify the Seller of any defect within two months of discovering it.
Disposal of problem products
Empty toner cartridges, batteries, small electronic devices and other waste can be returned at AS Orient Office, Järvevana tee 7b, Tallinn. Large electronic waste can be taken to the collection points of our partner MTÜ Eesti Elektroonikaromu.
Privacy and processing of personal data
All data provided by the customer is used only for processing the order and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
